The company operates based on the principle that when workers have good physical and mental health, without worries, they will be more prepared and responsible for their assigned tasks. Additionally, this includes stability in personnel and labor, avoiding issues of a shortage of quality labor to sustainably elevate standards.
In 2015, we piloted in the Hatyai Rat project by registering children's histories, conducting activities to develop age-appropriate skills, teaching basic reading and writing, and instilling discipline. This was done in collaboration with the Child Development Foundation (CDF), which provided mentorship and trained volunteers in the project, as well as through study visits to the Rak Thai Foundation for educational format development. The results from establishing the learning center in the Hatyai Rat project have been successful and well-received by personnel and workers.

Following this, there has been a policy to establish learning centers in all construction areas of various projects, resulting in a total of 5 learning centers currently, including Hatyai Rat, Sai Noi, Bang Na, Rangsit Klong 4, and Bang Bua Thong. Additionally, we have partnered with the Labor Quality of Life Promotion Network Foundation to provide teachers at the centers to implement a standardized curriculum from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, offering basic knowledge and skill enhancement according to age, and organizing special activities, aiming for children and youth to gain knowledge and be able to continue their education in public schools and become good citizens of the nation.
“One of our intentions is to develop the well-being of children and youth in various aspects, such as learning to live with others, making new friends, and adapting to society. It also promotes knowledge exchange for children and youth through education and life skills enhancement, such as Thai and English language, arts, and instilling good thoughts like planting trees to learn and absorb environmental conservation, as well as maintaining good health and cleanliness. We also organize recreational activities for children to have fun and relax with their families,” Mr. Wiwat concluded.
