Grand Unity kicks off its first project of 2018 with the launch of CIELA Sripatum, a condominium located next to the Green Line extension of the BTS, valued at 2.7 billion baht, targeting the hot market in northern Bangkok.
This 28-story condominium embodies the concept of "reclaiming the good times that the city has stolen from you," featuring a prime location adjacent to the BTS station on the Green Line extension (Mo Chit - Kukot), providing direct access to the city center. It is close to two universities and various important locations, situated on Phahonyothin Road, making travel convenient towards the future New CBD of northern Bangkok, with prices starting at 2.49 million baht. Reservations open on March 10 of this year, with special discounts of up to 250,000 baht available at the event.

Bangkok– This morning (February 21, 2018), Grand Unity Development Co., Ltd. held a press conference to introduce the project CIELA Sripatum at the Cell Gallery on Phahonyothin Road, featuring Mr. Siripong Srisawangwong, Managing Director and Mr. Chakrit Sitthisan, Senior Director of Product Design at Grand Unity Development Co., Ltd. providing insights.

Mr. Siripong Srisawangwong, Managing Director of Grand Unity Development Co., Ltd. stated that the project CIELA Sripatum is the first condominium under the CIELA brand, following GRAND UNITY's strategic shift to focus on locations near BTS stations and increasing presence in the inner city to expand brand opportunities and enter new markets, effectively broadening the company's product base.
CIELA Sripatum is located near the BTS station at Sripatum, which connects directly to Siam, a lifestyle hub, and is adjacent to Phahonyothin Road, a major economic artery. Additionally, a new road along the Bang Khen Canal allows easy access to Vibhavadi Rangsit Road. The area is rich with important locations, including government offices, educational institutions, shopping malls, and major job centers, which inspired the project's concept of "reclaiming the good times that the city has stolen from you," highlighting the location's advantages that enhance life by providing more time for personal pursuits.

Furthermore, the project is situated in a high-potential area of northern Bangkok, with significant factors such as the upcoming extension of the BTS expected to boost development in this zone, making it a new CBD in the future. It is also one of the areas with the highest public investment in Bangkok, driven by the growth of Don Mueang Airport, Bang Sue Grand Station, and the main station of the Red Line BTS, which connects conveniently to the Airport Rail Link. Additionally, it is close to two major universities, Sripatum University and Kasetsart University, which positively influences residential demand, making CIELA Sripatum suitable for both living and investment.

CIELA Sripatum is a high-rise condominium with 28 stories and one building, making it one of the tallest in the area, with a project value of 2.7 billion baht on a land area of 6-1-17.30 rai, comprising 900 residential units and 3 retail units. It offers various room types to meet diverse needs, including Studio units of 21.50 sq.m., 1 Bedroom units of 26.50 sq.m., 1 Bedroom Plus units of 31.50 sq.m., special Type 1 Bedroom Suite units of 33.5 – 34.5 sq.m., and 2 Bedroom units of 60.00 sq.m., with prices starting at 2.49 million baht.
Additionally, the project features common areas that cater to all lifestyles, including Co-working space for new ideas, SKY FITNESS on the rooftop for health enthusiasts with panoramic views, SKY GARDEN for relaxation amidst lush greenery, and a spacious L-shaped lobby surrounded by public gardens that enhance the project's freshness, along with parking space for up to 40%.
Mr. Chakrit Sitthisan, Senior Director of Product Design at Grand Unity Development Co., Ltd., discussed the design of CIELA Sripatum, stating that GRAND UNITY has almost entirely revamped its decoration style, focusing on contemporary design that remains timeless and emphasizes simplicity to cater to residents who seek visual comfort after a long day. The project's design features clean lines rather than chaotic patterns, ensuring true happiness and relaxation every time residents return home while considering long-term maintenance.
"The company has selected materials that are user-friendly and consider long-lasting architecture. For instance, the balconies, which in some projects become dust or dirt collectors, have been designed as Private Balconies, multifunctional spaces that can be practically used while maintaining beautiful external views, thanks to aluminum grilles matching the window frames that provide safety by preventing objects from falling. Additionally, we have developed the WC Pod, a bathroom technology we are introducing in new projects, which is a pre-fabricated bathroom that has been constructed and assembled with quality checks from the factory by a team of experts to prevent water leaks and allow for maintenance of pipes from within the bathroom without needing to open the ceiling of the unit below.
In addition to the practical benefits, the safety of residents is also paramount. Therefore, we have installed Safety Glass, a design advancement that GRAND UNITY has established as a standard feature for customers. All external building glass, including all sliding doors within the units, will be double-layered tempered glass known as Laminated Glass, which consists of two sheets bonded together with an interlayer film, ensuring that if an accident occurs and the glass breaks, the film will hold the glass together, preventing it from falling. Even the glass in wardrobe doors will be tempered glass, similar to automotive glass, which breaks into rounded pieces rather than sharp shards, minimizing injury risks. All these design details are based on the concept of choosing "good materials, good details for long-lasting architecture", embodying the principle of Simply Make Sense, which is GRAND UNITY's core philosophy delivered perfectly and seamlessly to customers," Mr. Chakrit stated.
Furthermore, Mr. Siripong added that the official reservation for the project CIELA Sripatum will open on March 10 of this year, and interested parties can register to receive special discounts ranging from 100,000 baht for Studio units to a maximum of 250,000 baht for 2 Bedroom units at http://grandunity.co.th/ciela/register.
