Univentures Public Company Limited (UV) announced its financial results for the first quarter of 2018 (October 1, 2017 – December 31, 2017), showing a net profit increase of 36%, reaching 342 million baht. Total revenue amounted to 5,689 million baht, a 31% increase compared to the same quarter in 2017.

Mr. Worawat Srisaan, the Managing Director of Univentures Public Company Limited (UV), stated that in the first quarter of 2018 (October 1, 2017 – December 31, 2017), the company had total revenue of 5,689 million baht, an increase of 1,341 million baht or 31% from the same quarter last year. The majority of the revenue came from the property sales business, totaling 4,567 million baht, which accounts for 80% of total revenue. This includes revenue from high-rise projects amounting to 805 million baht and from low-rise projects totaling 3,762 million baht. Additionally, revenue from rental properties and hotel businesses amounted to 406 million baht, or 7% of total revenue, while zinc oxide generated 603 million baht, representing 11% of total revenue.

“Currently, the company has a total backlog of 4,861 million baht, divided into low-rise projects of 4,533 million baht and high-rise projects of 328 million baht, along with recognized revenue from property transfers amounting to 4,567 million baht, which together accounts for 48% of the real estate revenue target of 19,800 million baht,” Mr. Worawat added.
