The after-sales management team, along with legal representatives, will visit residents to survey their satisfaction and thoroughly inspect their homes again before the warranty expires in the next three months. The pilot program will cover two housing projects under Areeya Property in the Hatyai Rat, Bangna, and Sai Noi areas, including the Areeya Como Ring Road – Ram Inthra and The Colors Premium Ring Road - Ram Inthra projects, with a target of visiting a total of 1,500 homes within this year.

Areeya has continuously organized campaigns to ensure resident satisfaction, such as the 'Beloved District Chief' project, which involves meeting residents to discuss and address their issues. The 'KNOCK DOOR' campaign is another initiative where the after-sales management team meets with residents to assess their satisfaction by sending letters and following up with personal visits, along with presenting souvenirs. This campaign is designed to address and consider all aspects of residents' lives, in line with the company's policy of conducting business alongside the development of quality construction innovations and effective resident care. The goal is to establish a standard for after-sales service, foster good relationships, and achieve the highest level of resident satisfaction, with the belief that it can sustainably create happiness for residents.
