Kicking off the new year 2018, SENA outlines its business plan towards 'Growth Hormone' to boost revenue and achieve significant sales growth throughout the year. The company is set to launch 18 new projects, both horizontal and vertical, with a peak value of over 23 billion baht, doubling from the previous year. SENA aims to reinforce its position as a market leader in renewable energy and is accelerating the upgrade of new innovations, targeting to be 'The First EV Ready' for the 5-10 million baht housing segment, the first of its kind in Thailand.

Associate Professor Dr. Kesara Thanyalakphak, Deputy CEO of Sena Development Public Company Limited (SENA), a leading real estate developer in Thailand and the first developer to create a fully solar-powered village, shared insights on the real estate industry's outlook for 2018. She believes the trend will be better than the previous year due to increased competition among developers, many of whom are partnering with foreign companies, resulting in a significant influx of capital. Additionally, the overall real estate market is improving due to export and tourism factors, stable interest rates, and ongoing government investment projects, which boost consumer confidence and encourage home-buying decisions. Meanwhile, the high-end condominium market is expected to see intensified competition this year, particularly regarding innovation and the integration of new technologies to meet the evolving demands of customers.

For SENA's business plan and strategy in 2018, the company is prepared to drive growth. This year, we are committed to achieving our business goals through the concept of 'Growth Hormone', which consists of five main approaches.

First Approach SENA plans to launch 18 new projects this year, comprising 3 horizontal and 15 vertical projects, with a total value exceeding 23 billion baht, more than double compared to last year. The sales target is set at 10.3 billion baht, representing a 66% growth, and a revenue target of 5.2 billion baht, with a budget of approximately 1 billion baht allocated for land acquisition.

Second Approach SENA continues to emphasize its leadership in renewable energy by developing new technologies and innovations to meet customer needs. In the past, SENA has installed solar power systems in housing and condominium projects, helping to reduce common area expenses, along with the development of the SENA 360° service application that facilitates easy access to after-sales services. In 2018, we plan to enhance the application to maximize customer satisfaction, saving energy and time, while improving its efficiency to provide more comprehensive services that respond to customer needs in the digital age.

Third Approach With the global automotive industry focusing on the production, research, and development of clean energy vehicles, the development of Electric Vehicles (EVs) is underway. It is expected that within the next five years, there will be a significant increase in electric vehicles. This year, SENA aims to be 'The First EV Ready' targeting the 5-10 million baht housing segment, becoming a driving force in promoting environmental consciousness, with two pilot projects: Sena Park Grand Ram Inthra – Ring Road and Sena Park Ville Ram Inthra – Ring Road.

Fourth Approach The company has established effective internal management planning (Enterprise Resource Planning = ERP). For a competitive business organization, the ability to generate growth is crucial, and this year we are setting up the SENA Data Center to consolidate our research data. Fifth Approach is a key variable for the company this year that will help enhance SENA's image more clearly. Stay tuned for Corporate campaigns  a new phenomenon from SENA coming soon

Nevertheless, all five main approaches represent strategic management of the business, and we are confident that these strategies will enable the company to achieve its set goals.
