Supalai Celebrates Success with First Press Conference of the Year, Unveiling Plans for Sustainable Growth 2018
Supalai celebrates its success as it welcomes the Year of the Dog, hosting a press conference to unveil its business plan for 2018, aiming for SUSTAINABLE GROWTH 2018 and showcasing sales exceeding last year's target of 30,777 million baht.
Kicking off 2018, Supalai Public Company Limited announced its significant achievements at a press conference revealing its business strategy for 2018 aimed at SUSTAINABLE GROWTH 2018, capturing the market in the 4.0 era. The event was graced by two executives, Dr. Prateep Tangmattatham, the Chairman, and Mr. Traitecha Tangmattatham, the Managing Director, who warmly welcomed the media. Mr. Traitecha shared the company's performance from the past year, revealing that sales soared to over 30,777 million baht, a 27% growth compared to 2016's sales of 24,132 million baht, exceeding the sales target of 27,000 million baht by 14%. This growth stemmed from condominium sales accounting for 50% and horizontal project sales also at 50%, with a total of 20 projects launched, comprising 15 horizontal projects and 5 condominiums, valued at a total of 31,220 million baht.



For 2018, the company aims for sales of 33,000 million baht and revenue of 26,000 million baht from the launch of 35 new projects, consisting of 30 horizontal projects and 5 condominium projects, with a total value of 40,000 million baht, and a budget of approximately 9,000 million baht for land acquisition.



This year, the company is ready to build on last year's success and is preparing to develop new initiatives across various sectors to adapt to market demands and meet customer expectations, stepping into the 4.0 real estate era to address changing consumer behaviors. This includes the launch of a major mixed-use project on the former Australian Embassy land, entering the real estate market in Chiang Rai, collaborating with an Australian real estate company, redesigning new house models under a new brand, and incorporating innovations and technologies into new projects, such as home automation and security systems, developing housing to better accommodate the elderly, and committing to creating social development activities with a focus on stakeholder responsibility, compliance with laws, ethics, and various codes of conduct.


Additionally, the press conference transformed the banquet room into Supalai Street Food, featuring selected signature dishes from various Supalai project locations for executives and media to celebrate success as if they were enjoying the ambiance of a Supalai project site.
