The launch will also feature four presenters: Kant Kantathavorn, Emmy Morakot Kittisara, Ice Preeyachaya Pongthananikorn, and Oat Pramote Pathan.

Mr. Siripong Srisawangwong, Managing Director of Grand Unity Development Co., Ltd., stated that this year, Grand Unity is ready to compete by addressing the needs of target groups with changing lifestyles. The company is expanding its focus to higher-end markets, shifting from projects located within 500 meters to 1 kilometer from BTS stations to sites directly adjacent to BTS stations, catering to a more affluent target audience. The four new locations, each with unique features, will be launched this year, with a total project value of approximately 12 billion baht.

Another key strategy for this year is to clarify the brand identity, reflected through the creation of a persona based on the concept of Simply Makes Sense, allowing residents to “live... based on your reasons”. This involves providing spaces that meet lifestyle needs, designed for optimal functionality at reasonable prices, ensuring value in living across all Grand Unity projects. Additionally, details that reflect care include the installation of tempered glass throughout the projects for safety, the use of WC Pods for easy maintenance, and private balconies designed for practical use.
