As part of a strategic shift to diversify risks and create recurring revenue, Raimon Land, a leader in luxury real estate development in Thailand, has partnered with "Baan Ying Group" to expand into the food and beverage sector, bringing Thai cuisine to international markets. Raimon Land holds a 51% stake, while Baan Ying Group holds 49%, with operations based in Singapore.
Raimon Land plans to expand its business across Southeast Asia and China, aiming to open 10-15 restaurants by 2020. Other target cities besides Singapore include Kuala Lumpur, Phnom Penh, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. This significant collaboration with "Baan Ying Group" in the food and beverage market is expected to generate over 100 million baht in 2018 and grow to 1 billion baht by 2025.
Additionally, in 2018, Raimon Land will launch a premium seafood restaurant by the riverside, offering views of the Chao Phraya River in Bangkok.

Adrian Lee, CEO of Raimon Land Public Company Limited stated, "This is a forward-looking strategy for Raimon Land to diversify investments. We are committed to becoming a leader in the food market, bringing quality Thai cuisine to customers worldwide."
Songson Jansanchai, Director and Founder of Baan Ying Group added, "As a family business, we have been presenting Thai cuisine for over 20 years with popular dishes from across Thailand. Our food quality is fresh, modern, and made from high-quality ingredients. Through this collaboration with Raimon Land, we aim to introduce authentic Thai food to international food lovers."

The first two restaurants will open in the Royal Square building, located in the Novena Health City complex, in the first quarter of 2018. The Dink Dink restaurant, with 68 seats on the first floor, will offer Thai food in a casual atmosphere, focusing on convenience and speed, featuring dishes like spicy shrimp noodles and traditional Thai beverages for dine-in and take-out. Additionally, the Baan Ying restaurant, with 126 seats on the second floor, will showcase the unique and original brand of "Baan Ying Group", offering everyday Thai dishes carefully selected in a contemporary Thai style. The third restaurant, under the hot pot concept, will feature bold flavors and is planned to officially launch in the fourth quarter of 2018 (with more details to be announced in the third quarter of 2018).

The Novena area is the most vibrant center in the city, conveniently accessible to public transport. The Royal Square building is just a 5-minute drive from Orchard Road and 8 minutes from various business districts, making it the latest shopping center in the Novena area, surrounded by government buildings, large hospitals, hotels, and the largest Catholic church in Singapore. The pedestrian traffic is expected to exceed 10,000 people per day, with the food and beverage business in Singapore valued at over 200 billion baht.
