Siam Spoon Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Raimon Land Public Company Limited, a luxury real estate developer, has signed a joint venture agreement to expand its portfolio into the food and beverage market with Bangkok Wooden Spoon Co., Ltd., also known as the "Baan Ying" restaurant group. The agreement was led by Mr. Adrian Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Raimon Land Public Company Limited, and Songson Janthongchai, Director of Bangkok Wooden Spoon Co., Ltd. or "Baan Ying".

The expansion of Raimon Land's business portfolio through collaboration with the restaurant group aims to ensure a continuous revenue stream. The first three restaurants are scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2018 in Singapore, with plans to expand further within Southeast Asia and China, aiming to present authentic Thai cuisine to food enthusiasts worldwide, along with a contemporary Thai restaurant design.
