Sansiri has achieved remarkable success with its 'Kanasiri' brand, generating total sales exceeding 1 billion baht. The demand for single-family homes priced between 3-5 million baht remains strong. Recently, the first phase of 'Kanasiri Rama 2 - Ring Road' has completely sold out, bringing in over 50 million baht in sales. The success is attributed to its prime location with convenient access to Rama 2 Road and the distinctive Mid Century 70's house design that seamlessly blends vintage architecture with modern living, along with the innovative Cooliving Designed Home that utilizes solar cells for cooling without electricity. Key features include the Breeze Panel for air circulation, enhancing the home's ventilation, and a longer Roof Shade for better sun and rain protection. Positive economic and political factors in 2018 are expected to boost the single-family home market, and plans are underway to continue launching the Kanasiri brand next year.

Mr. Somkiat Hongsapphinyoh, Deputy Managing Director of Business Development and Horizontal Project Development at Sansiri Public Company Limited, revealed that this year the company has seen significant success with the 'Kanasiri' single-family home brand, achieving total sales of over 1 billion baht. The brand has been performing well since the beginning of the year, with the sale of 'Kanasiri Ring Road - Rama 5' comprising 311 units and generating 965 million baht in sales. In the third quarter, the first phase of 'Kanasiri Pinklao-Kanchana' sold 22 units, bringing in 100 million baht, and most recently, the first phase of 'Kanasiri Rama 2 - Ring Road' sold 9 units valued at over 50 million baht.

'Kanasiri Rama 2 - Ring Road' has been selling well since the first day it opened due to high demand from customers in the Rama 2 - Mahachai area looking to expand or start new families. The prime location along Rama 2 Road offers convenient access to the city via the Dao Khanong-Rama 3 expressway and the Kanchanaphisek Road, as well as proximity to shopping centers like Central Mahachai and Central Rama 2. The distinctive house design combines vintage architecture with modern living, featuring Mid Century 70's style with gabled roofs and vertical fin accents that create an aesthetically pleasing shape, complemented by pastel colors that evoke warmth and vibrancy. The innovative Cooliving Designed Home includes features like the Breeze Panel for air circulation, ventilated ceilings around the house, and extended Roof Shades for better sun and rain protection, along with LED lighting throughout for energy efficiency and longevity. Due to this positive response, plans are in place to launch phase 2 with 20 units valued at 92 million baht to further meet customer demand.

'The Kanasiri brand embodies the concept of 'Feel Complete,' representing a sense of happiness or endless joy for those starting their families with their first home. It addresses the need for a happy lifestyle in every aspect of the project, offering single-family homes priced between 3-5 million baht, which is a highly demanded price range among consumers. This price point is accessible for medium-sized families looking for a good starting point for their family life in a quality community. Additionally, the Cooliving Designed Home innovation, which utilizes solar cells for cooling without electricity, is safe and modern, fully meeting the needs of residents. This continuous positive reception has led to plans for more projects under this brand in 2018, with details on the location to be announced later,' Mr. Somkiat stated.

Regarding the outlook for the single-family home market in 2018, Mr. Somkiat mentioned that a brighter trend is expected compared to this year. Although there are currently no additional direct support measures for the real estate business from the government, positive factors such as the government's clear investment in mega projects, particularly the ongoing progress of the electric train projects, are expected to boost consumer confidence. These include the Green Line (Mo Chit - New Bridge - Kukot), the Yellow Line (Lat Phrao - Samrong), the Pink Line (Kra Rai - Min Buri), and the Orange Line (Cultural Center - Min Buri), which are anticipated to start construction in 2019. This will likely improve consumer confidence and purchasing power. Furthermore, it is expected that Thailand's economy will grow by 4.2% in 2018, as the government has announced clear election plans for 2019, which will support the growth of the real estate sector. Meanwhile, developers are gradually launching new projects and focusing on marketing efforts, leading to predictions that the single-family home market will improve on both the supply and demand sides, especially in areas served by electric trains, which are attractive and have potential for further development. Additionally, single-family homes priced at 3 million baht and above are expected to continue expanding, as this demographic has lower household debt issues and a lower likelihood of being denied housing loans, thus positioning them for strong growth.'
