(GRAND UNITY), along with Kittichai Kunanantakul (3rd from left), Executive Director of the Lucky Building System at Siam Steel International Public Co., Ltd., have collaborated to develop a long-term waterproofing system for the bathrooms of condominium residents under the name W/C Pod, which effectively eliminates the issue of water leakage between upper and lower floor units 100% in the long term. This innovation reduces the maintenance responsibilities for unit owners and minimizes disturbances to other unit owners, aligning with the concept of providing quality in every detail for consumer living. The W/C Pod will be implemented in Grand Unity's condominium series starting in 2018.
