          Bangkok (December 12, 2017) – Today, TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd. announced the commencement of construction on a state-of-the-art mixed-use real estate project worth over 20 billion baht, named 'The PARQ', on a 24-rai site located at the corner of Rama 4 Road and Ratchadapisek Road, adjacent to the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center and opposite the FYI Center office building. This project will reinforce and elevate the area's potential as a new business center related to meetings, tourism, international conferences, and exhibitions, making it the largest vibrant business district in central Bangkok.

          'The PARQ' is developed by TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and managed by Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Co., Ltd. under the Frasers Property brand, which has extensive experience and a strong reputation in developing and managing international real estate projects, backed by the success and benefits derived from previous large-scale developments.

          The 'The PARQ' project is designed to feature a lush green garden spanning over 200 meters, surrounding the front of the project along both Rama 4 Road and Ratchadapisek Road, providing a comfortable atmosphere and enhancing the beautiful natural environment of Rama 4 Road for the community, visitors, and passersby. Additionally, it will feature an open-air rooftop garden covering over 3,400 square meters, lush with various plants and beautifully decorated with water features, offering a sense of closeness to nature throughout the project for everyone inside and visitors alike.

          The first phase of 'The PARQ' will have a net leasable area of 71,000 square meters, featuring premium office spaces designed according to both LEED Gold and WELL standards, covering 60,000 square meters. Each floor will be efficiently allocated to maximize natural light, with unit sizes ranging from 2,400 to 5,100 square meters, distinguished by amenities that enhance daily life for those working in the project and visitors, such as a large outdoor rooftop garden, air quality circulation within the building, drinking water provided in food preparation areas on every floor, bicycle parking for cyclists and fitness enthusiasts, and promoting a balanced urban lifestyle with premium retail spaces, restaurants, supermarkets, and food courts covering a total area of 11,000 square meters under the concept of “Eat Well and Shop Well.” The retail shops and restaurants within 'The PARQ' have been carefully selected to meet the needs and facilitate daily life in terms of health and wellness for those working or engaging in activities within the project, as well as for the surrounding community.

The second phase of the 'The PARQ' project is currently being planned to allocate additional premium office spaces and hotels or serviced apartments aimed at serving business travelers and individuals attending meetings and seminars at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.

The first phase of the 'The PARQ' project, which will consist of office and retail spaces, has already held a groundbreaking ceremony to commence construction and is scheduled to open around the end of 2019. The entire 'The PARQ' project is expected to be completed around 2023.

The 'The PARQ' project is located on land leased from the Crown Property Bureau for a period of 30 years, with the option to extend the lease for another 30 years.
