Mr. Worawart Srisaan, the CEO of Univentures Public Company Limited (UV), stated that the financial results for the first 9 months of 2017 show total revenue of 13,741.3 million baht, an increase of 1,122.0 million baht or a growth of 9% compared to the same period last year. The main revenue source comes from the real estate for sale segment, amounting to 11,026.8 million baht, which accounts for 80% of total revenue. This includes revenue from high-rise projects valued at 2,957.0 million baht and from low-rise projects valued at 8,069.8 million baht.
“Currently, the company has a total backlog of 4,651.1 million baht, divided into low-rise projects worth 4,054.3 million baht and high-rise projects worth 596.8 million baht. The backlog for high-rise projects is a result of the successful campaign measure ‘Freeze Your Installments’, allowing customers to live rent-free for 3 years. Customers have responded positively to this campaign, enabling the successful sale of the U-Campus Rangsit-Mueang Ake project,” he added.
“Additionally, revenue from the zinc oxide production business amounted to 1,161.3 million baht, accounting for 8% of total revenue with sales of 12,164 metric tons. The remaining 12% of total revenue comes from rental real estate, hotel businesses, and others. This year, the company has successfully acquired land for developing high-rise projects in locations within 300 meters of the BTS stations, securing land according to the planned budget of 2,700 million baht,” Mr. Worawart concluded.
