Sansiri has announced its success from the major event of the year, 'Sansiri Life Comes Home 2017'. Customers flocked to book two new condominiums, 'Oka House' on Sukhumvit 36 and 'Kawa House' on Sukhumvit 77, while experiencing six innovations from Siri LifeTech. The total sales generated during the campaign reached 9 billion baht, surpassing the campaign target of 8 billion baht. This has resulted in total presale sales currently exceeding 34 billion baht, accounting for 85% of the sales target of 40 billion baht, moving forward to break Sansiri's highest sales record in 2017.
Mr. Srettha Thavisin, CEO of Sansiri Public Company Limited revealed a summary of the campaign and the annual event 'Sansiri Life Comes Home 2017' held from November 24 to 26. The company achieved sales of residential projects totaling 9 billion baht during the campaign, exceeding the target of 8 billion baht. The two new condominium projects, Oka House and Kawa House, received the most customer interest. Additionally, the company successfully closed sales for ready-to-move-in condominiums in The Line Sukhumvit 71 by offering the best deals to customers during the event. When combined with the success of customer responses to various residential projects of the Sansiri group both domestically and internationally, including in Bangkok and other provinces since the beginning of the year, such as the recent closure of sales for The Line Sathorn project with 327 units valued at 4 billion baht, which is the latest condominium project under the collaboration between BTS and Sansiri, sold rapidly after online booking opened on the first day at a starting price of 7.9 million baht or an average of 270,000 baht per square meter. The customer base consists of 70% Thai and 30% foreign buyers, generating 1.3 billion baht in foreign market sales. This marks the 12th condominium project under the successful collaboration between BTS and Sansiri. Furthermore, the company also closed sales in provincial markets, such as The Valley Khaoyai project valued at over 1.1 billion baht and D Condo Rayong, a condominium project with 575 units that attracted interest from Thai customers for both personal residence and rental investment due to its proximity to the Rayong industrial estate, ultimately closing sales worth over 830 million baht. As a result, the company's total sales as of now (January 1 – November 27, 2017) amount to over 34 billion baht, representing 85% of the revised sales target of 40 billion baht, up from 36 billion baht, leading the company to record the highest sales ever for Sansiri this year.
“The event over the past three days received a great response from a large number of customers, with many interested in purchasing new condominiums launched during the event, including the projects 'Oka House' on Sukhumvit 36 and 'Kawa House' on Sukhumvit 77, as well as projects in provincial areas that received excellent feedback, such as Mai Khao House in Phuket and Rain Cha-am Hua Hin. This success is a result of presenting residential projects from the Sansiri group that meet all customer needs both in Bangkok and provinces, along with collaboration from business partners who participated in showcasing products and new housing service models by offering special campaigns and promotions during the event, which attracted many visitors and resulted in sales exceeding the set targets,” Mr. Srettha stated.
Moreover, this year's Sansiri Life Comes Home event also serves as an important platform to reinforce Sansiri's image as a leading real estate company in technology that encompasses all aspects of real estate and living. We showcased six innovations under Siri LifeTech, allowing customers to experience and try them for the first time. This marks a significant expansion of investment in other businesses to create partnerships across diverse sectors, as all six businesses have high growth rates in the global market, which will be a new source of income for Sansiri outside Thailand. We are accelerating the asset-light business model strategy in the digital revolution era to create opportunities for collaboration and rapid growth. The increased value of all six companies from Sansiri's shareholding will positively impact Sansiri's core business.
