Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard Reinforces Its Status as a New Landmark with a Grand Event to Welcome the Joyful Festival of 2018, Announcing Its Iconic Presence in Ratchaprasong
(Bangkok: November 27, 2017) Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard (MRB) is making strides in the super-luxury mixed-use market, reinforcing its status as a new landmark while supporting the government's tourism policy. They have invested in a grand event titled "Beautiful Bangkok by Magnolias @Ratchaprasong" featuring a stunning 3D projection mapping show on a 60-story building, the first of its kind in Thailand. This event aims to provide a new experience for both Thai citizens and international visitors, propelling Bangkok towards becoming a global economic hub.

Visith Malaisirirat, CEO of Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), one of Thailand's leading real estate developers, revealed that throughout the past year, the trend of developing super-luxury mixed-use projects has garnered significant interest and is a market to watch. The success factors include the project's prime location in a favorable environment, distinctive architectural features that convey value and uniqueness, high-quality materials and meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to cater to residents' lifestyles with amenities such as five-star hotel chains, shopping centers, and advanced living technologies for the best quality of life.
Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard (MRB) is a super-luxury mixed-use project operated by MQDC, located in the heart of Bangkok, where the Ratchaprasong area serves as an economic center with ongoing growth in both business and residential projects. We are committed to developing this project with a focus on design and the selection of high-standard materials, as evidenced by the building's unique curved shape, which utilizes challenging construction technology. Our goal is to provide the best for our customers.

In addition to luxurious residences, we have partnered with the renowned five-star hotel brand Waldorf Astoria Bangkok under Hilton, marking its first opening in Southeast Asia. Notably, "Magnolias Ratchadamri" received three prestigious awards at the Thailand Property Awards 2014, including Best Architectural Design, Best Interior Design, and Highly Recommended - Best Luxury Condo Development (Bangkok), which serves as a testament to the project's success.

Regarding the project's progress, Pichapattakarn Pakakarn, Director of Marketing and Sales, stated, "Currently, the project has achieved over 80% sales from a total of 316 units, with 50% of buyers being Thai and 50% international, primarily from Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan. Factors contributing to our continuous sales growth include the prime location as a top destination in Thailand and the modern mixed-use concept that meets all residents' needs, along with outstanding architectural perfection and comprehensive amenities that instill pride in ownership. The units available for sale will be two-bedroom apartments ranging from 72 to 106 square meters, starting at approximately 20 million baht, or about 280,000 baht per square meter. We have already sold four out of eight penthouse units and expect to close sales for the entire project by Q2 2018, with official show unit viewings scheduled for December 1, 2017."

To showcase the potential of the Ratchaprasong area to a global audience, Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard (MRB) has joined the Ratchaprasong Business Association (RSTA) to collaboratively plan for development and conservation, aiming to elevate Ratchaprasong into a global economic center. Visith Malaisirirat added, "We are very pleased to be part of the Ratchaprasong Business Association, a vital business district in Thailand known for its superior lifestyle recognized worldwide. We believe that with the readiness of Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) and the 'Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard' project, our partnership with the association will enhance the Ratchaprasong area, making it a new landmark and a significant step towards developing Ratchaprasong into a future city that integrates the best of retail, wholesale, hospitality, luxury residences, and MICE markets in the heart of Bangkok, strengthening Ratchaprasong as a global economic hub.
