Mr. Uthai Uthaisangsuak (left), Chief Executive Officer of Sansiri Public Company Limited, and Mr. Veera Amornsilpachai (right), Managing Director of C-Post Company Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to develop a new innovative precast wall technology that reduces heat, marking the first of its kind in Thailand. This innovation is expected to save energy from traditional precast walls by approximately 60% per month and reduce heat by 3 degrees Celsius compared to conventional precast walls. C-Post will install the heat-reducing precast walls in Sansiri's residential projects, with plans to implement this technology in 20 projects over the next 5 years, starting with the Taka House condominium on Ekkamai Soi 12 in early 2018. Sansiri is the first and only real estate company in Thailand to adopt this heat-reducing precast wall technology in its residential projects, reinforcing its position as a leader in real estate technology in the 4.0 era.
