“Sansiri is launching the new brand Anasiri in Ayutthaya for the first time because we studied and found that this location has high potential. Ayutthaya serves as a transportation hub to the northern and northeastern regions, acting as a second home for people from Bangkok and is home to a large industrial estate, leading to a significant influx of people and a demand for housing. The main demand group includes local residents, government agencies, and both Thai and foreign workers moving to work in the industrial estate who need housing for themselves and for rental. For single houses, the popular price range is 3.00-4.99 million baht in the Ayutthaya-Ban Phraek zone, with an average response rate of 3 units per month per project. Meanwhile, land prices in Ayutthaya, particularly in the industrial estate zone along Roachana Road and Phaholyothin Road in Bang Pa-in district, range from 20,000 to 50,000 baht per square wah. Following that, the Ayutthaya-Ban Phraek zone along Uthong Road and Naresuan Road ranges from 30,000 to 40,000 baht per square wah, and the Lat Bua Luang-Pak Hai zone along Srisena Road is estimated at 15,000-25,000 baht per square wah.
