Thailand Post Launches Stamp Exhibition 'Wonderful Poland'


Explore Poland from all angles through 18 sets of stamps directly from Poland

            Thailand Post Co., Ltd. (Thailand Post) in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Poland, is organizing the exhibition 'Wonderful Poland in Stamps'. This exhibition presents fascinating stories about Poland through various stamps, covering aspects such as history, notable figures, nature, and important places. Visitors will have the opportunity to see over 18 sets of stamps from Poland and can scan QR codes to view videos and 3D panoramic images of Poland.

This exhibition is being held at the Central Post Office in Bang Rak from today until January 15, 2018. During December 15-17, 2017, visitors can also enjoy the Poland Mini Fair, featuring booths showcasing products and services related to Poland, including tourism, further education, music, books, and stamps.

            Ms. Parisa Pananont, Assistant Managing Director of Thailand Post Co., Ltd. stated that on December 16, 2017, there will be a stamp seminar on the topic 'Marie Curie—A Woman Who Changed the World: The Real Life After the Stamp' and guidance on further education opportunities in Poland, a new option for youth in the Thailand 4.0 era.

  • Stamp seminar activity 'Marie Curie: A Woman Who Changed the World: The Real Life After the Stamp' celebrating the 150th anniversary of the birth of the Polish female scientist who won the Nobel Prize in two fields, along with special activities during the seminar on Saturday, December 16, 2017, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
