Construction Inspection  The management team of Singha Estate Public Company Limited, led by Chairman Mr. Chutinant Phromphakdy and CEO Mr. Narit Chayaklin, along with the board of directors and executives from CBRE Thailand, visited the construction site of the Singha Complex project located on an 11-rai plot at the corner of Asoke-Phetchaburi Road. The purpose of the visit was to ensure quality control and select the best materials for the project. Mr. Somkiat Roddeeying, Assistant Director of Construction Management at Singha Estate, provided a summary and guided the team through the construction area. The progress of the office building construction is over 65%, while the retail section has been completed by more than 55%.

          The 'Singha Complex' is a project that combines residential, work, and lifestyle spaces, set to become the latest CBD that caters to the comfortable and harmonious living of urban dwellers. It integrates art with every functional aspect, representing a flagship project for Singha Estate as a real estate developer ready to set new standards for mixed-use projects in Thailand.
