The project emphasizes comprehensive facilities and services, managed and operated by Otium Living, an international expert in senior living accommodations, supported by a strong management team with extensive experience. Audley Group Ltd., the UK's top developer and manager of luxury senior living projects, is also serving as a consultant.

Ms. Onrudi Na Ranong, CEO of Nyan Estate Co., Ltd., revealed that the Kamala Senior Living project is currently under construction and is expected to be available for sale by the end of 2018. Most units will feature two bedrooms with spacious balconies, targeting primarily foreign executives and businesspeople.
