"Jin Wellbeing County" invites seniors, singles, and young people planning a long-term happy lifestyle to experience a new concept city for retirement. This is Thailand's first comprehensive Integrated Healthcare project at The Exclusive Property Fair 2017, taking place from September 12-14 at Siam Paragon shopping center, with special offers available only at the event.

This initiative seeks to enhance the quality of life for people in Thai society in the long term, which is why they are participating in The Exclusive Property Fair 2017 from September 12-14 at the Lifestyle Hall, 2nd floor of Siam Paragon shopping center.

          Specially, Jin Wellbeing County will offer exclusive deals at the event, allowing reservations for the project starting at 10,000 THB with discounts of up to 350,000 THB, starting from 3.69 million THB.

          Jin Wellbeing County is located along Phaholyothin Road in Rangsit and consists of three main components: Active Living, a residential area with a total of 1,380 units, including a Pet Friendly building for pet lovers; Aged Care Center, a facility for those needing special care, which includes a senior care center for day care, nursing home, and long-term care, as well as a physical therapy center and general clinic; and the third part is the Clubhouse & Wellness Center, which is fully equipped with amenities such as a spa, fitness center, swimming pool, and comprehensive health care services from prevention to treatment, rehabilitation, and long-term care, provided by a team of specialized medical personnel. There will also be various activity classes to enrich the lifestyle of seniors, ensuring they have friends, community, and happiness in life with those around them and their families. Additionally, there will be a hospital and community mall within the project, which are part of the future construction plans.
