"Origin" has introduced a new brand, "Crown Residence", to venture into the tenant-finding service business, offering various hotel-level services in condominiums. The aim is to facilitate the rental investment market by bringing in industry expert "Jatuporn Phiwkhaw" to take the helm.

          Mr. Pirapong Jarunek, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a developer of condominium projects under the Kensington, Notting Hill, and Knightbridge brands, revealed that the company has established the Crown Residence brand under its subsidiary, Primo Management Co., Ltd., to provide tenant sourcing and selection services for those looking to rent out their condominiums, along with a range of "Residences Service" amenities to enhance the living experience.

          "Origin has a vision for a comprehensive real estate business and is committed to continuously improving after-sales services to ensure our condominium buyers have the best living experience. The establishment of Crown Residence is aimed at facilitating and creating a positive experience for our investor buyers by connecting them with quality tenants, while tenants will also receive hotel-standard living services," Mr. Pirapong stated.

          The services provided for residents include room cleaning, changing and laundering bed linens, dishwashing services, as well as assistance with internet, kitchen appliances, electrical devices, and bathroom amenities. The company will initially offer these services in condominiums under the Notting Hill and Knightbridge brands, which are mid-range and premium brands of Origin.

          Mr. Pirapong further stated that to ensure the efficient operation of Crown Residence, with services and standards that fully meet consumer needs, Ms. Jatuporn Phiwkhaw, who has over 16 years of extensive experience in the hotel industry, including management of international hotel chains, has been appointed as Executive Director of Primo Management Co., Ltd. to oversee the direction of the Crown Residence brand.

          Currently, Origin Property Public Company Limited has a diverse business structure, with subsidiaries managing real estate-related services under the name Primo Property Solutions Co., Ltd., covering property management, real estate buying, selling, and leasing services, as well as real estate consulting. Primo Management Co., Ltd. is the subsidiary responsible for property management.
