Bangkok – Recently, Singha Estate Public Company Limited organized the ‘THE ESSE CRAFTSMANSHIP WEEKEND PARTY’ at the sales office of THE ESSE at SINGHA COMPLEX to provide an exclusive experience for important clients who honored us by being part of the Singha Estate family.

The atmosphere at the ‘THE ESSE CRAFTSMANSHIP WEEKEND PARTY’ began with a special seminar featuring esteemed speakers who shared insightful investment perspectives.
Mr. Kitipol Pramote Na Ayutthaya, a board member of the Thai Real Estate Association, delivered a lecture on the topic ‘New Land Tax’, aimed at fostering a correct understanding of the new Land and Building Tax Act. Additionally, Ms. Aliwasa Patanathabutr, Managing Director of CBRE Thailand, presented insights on the ‘Luxury Condominium Market Trend’, providing in-depth information about current trends in the luxury condominium market.

Moreover, there were joyful activities designed for honored guests to explore and express their individuality, including ‘Tea Mixology’, a personal tea blending activity that allowed everyone to select premium tea leaves and ingredients to create their own signature tea with unique flavors and aromas, and the ‘Craftsmanship Workshop’, where participants could create leather goods with special designs, making one-of-a-kind pieces.

The event concluded with ‘THE CRAFTMANSHIP NIGHT by THE ESSE at SINGHA COMPLEX’, which perfectly wrapped up the special evening with exquisite culinary creations from renowned chef Chef Suphamongkol Supapipat, also known as Chef Art, in ‘Chef Table by Chef Art’. He crafted special dishes and drinks using products from Boonrawd Farm. The night ended on a high note with a mini-concert by iconic 90s artist Tata Young, who entertained the guests with her hit songs, creating a fun and memorable atmosphere.
