Mr. Pirapong Jarunek, Chief Executive Officer of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI) presented the company's performance for the second quarter of 2017 along with business plans for the second half of the year at the Stock Exchange of Thailand recently. The net profit for the second quarter of 2017 grew by 226.6% compared to the same period in 2016. In the second half of the year, the company plans to launch 8 new projects, with 3 new projects under a joint venture with Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. set to be launched in the third quarter of 2017, totaling over 1,620 units with a project value of 6.1 billion baht. This collaboration will allow the company to exchange knowledge and innovative practices from Japan, meeting consumer demands and contributing to strong company growth.
