“The home office and shop house market has a consistently high real demand. In the Charoenkrung area, the demand for home offices is increasing due to its proximity to the central business districts of Silom, Sathorn, Rama 3, and Sukhumvit, making it easily accessible. Currently, there is no land available for developing home offices as it is increasingly difficult to find suitable land. Presently, land prices have surpassed 200,000 baht per square wah, a 10% increase from 2016 when prices ranged from 100,000 to 150,000 baht per square wah.
