Univenture Public Company Limited (UV) announced its financial results for the second quarter of 2017, reporting total revenue of 4,307.3 million baht and a net profit attributable to the company of 199.7 million baht. This brings the total revenue for the first half of the year to 8,671.2 million baht and a net profit attributable to the company of 618.6 million baht, representing increases of 15% and 128%, respectively, compared to the previous year.

          Mr. Worawart Srisuan, the Chief Executive Officer of Univenture Public Company Limited (UV), stated that the company’s total revenue for the first half of 2017 was 8,671.2 million baht, an increase of 15%. The primary revenue source came from real estate for sale, totaling 6,986.8 million baht, which accounts for 81% of total revenue. This includes revenue from high-rise projects valued at 2,015 million baht and from low-rise projects valued at 4,971.8 million baht. Additionally, revenue from rental properties and hotel businesses amounted to 817.2 million baht, or 9% of total revenue, while zinc oxide contributed 723.5 million baht, accounting for 8% of total revenue.

          “Currently, the company has a backlog of 4,900 million baht for the second half of the year, consisting of 3,900 million baht from low-rise projects and 1,000 million baht from high-rise projects, along with transfer of ownership revenue already recognized at 6,987 million baht, which totals 80% of the real estate revenue target of 15,000 million baht,” Mr. Worawart added.
