Gland REIT Management Co., Ltd.<\/strong><\/span> as the manager of the Gland Office Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (GLANDRT) has announced an interim dividend of 0.14 Baht per trust unit, resulting from operations between April 12 and June 30, 2017, totaling 69,967,604 Baht.<\/p>

         Gland REIT Management Co., Ltd. has disclosed that the company<\/strong><\/span> has set the record date for trust unit holders entitled to receive benefits on August 23, 2017. The register of trust unit holders will be closed for transfer on August 24, 2017, and the benefits will be paid on September 8, 2017.<\/p>

         ‘GLANDRT’<\/span><\/strong> has invested in leasehold rights for office space, meeting rooms, parking areas, and common areas for the office space and related systems of the ‘The Nine Towers’<\/strong><\/span> project for a period of 30 years, and invested in leasehold rights for office space, parking areas, and common areas for the office space and related systems of the ‘Unilever House’<\/strong><\/span> (office building part) for approximately 17 years and 7 months. Both office buildings are part of the Grand Rama 9 project developed by Grand Canal Land Public Company Limited on approximately 73 rai of land at the intersection of Rama 9 Road and Ratchadapisek Road, which is a large real estate project that sparked the phenomenon of real estate development on Ratchadapisek Road. <\/p>

Office building space with a total usable area of approximately 18,527 square meters, parking areas, and common areas for the ‘Unilever House’ project, which is a Grade A office and retail rental building with 12 floors and 1 basement, and parking spaces on floors 3-6, which began operations in December 2014. As of December 31, 2016, Unilever, a global consumer goods giant, was the tenant, with the office fully leased at 100%.<\/p>
