this will enhance the efficiency of the FindYourSpace platform.

 

         With an investment of three hundred thousand US dollars, equivalent to over ten million Thai baht, it will improve the efficiency of the FindYourSpace platform and provide greater convenience for real estate agents.

         On August 7, following the funding from REAPRA, FindYourSpace announced its intention to expand its business into Southeast Asia, starting with Thailand as the first country.

         After forming a team for marketing, sales, customer service, and inviting industry experts to join, FindYourSpace is ready to move forward with its expansion plans.

         Initially founded in February 2015 as a central website for property listings, the company faced challenges in data management for agents, leading to a decision to halt its services and focus on providing a platform for data management instead. Thus, the FindYourSpace Pro platform was developed in 2016. Currently, the company is focused on expanding its business throughout Southeast Asia, collaborating with regional partners to prepare for the platform's regional rollout.

         According to Mr. Jostein Aksnes, an executive at FindYourSpace, "The main mission of FindYourSpace is to enhance the efficiency of agents' operations by reducing workflow steps and increasing convenience, speed, and modernity in data management." He further stated, "Currently, the real estate industry, both domestically and internationally, is still stuck in traditional data management methods, storing information in Excel files and keeping images in folders on computer screens, which wastes time and ultimately loses sales opportunities."

The executive of REAPRA, Mr. Shuhel Morofuji, stated, "The real estate sector in Southeast Asia has been experiencing rapid growth over the past 2-3 years. The online platform services of FindYourSpace Pro will significantly enhance sales efficiency and potential."

         In addition to business expansion, the funds will be used for software development and continuous system quality improvement to further facilitate customers.
