They are launching intensive training courses to develop skilled labor through Able Academy, an institution dedicated to training skilled workers and security teams. This initiative builds on the knowledge of Fixzy, the first application service provider in Thailand covering all handyman services, by training skilled workers through three courses so far, including structural courses, electrical system courses, and plumbing system courses. This year, they aim to conduct 27 sessions to serve SC Family customers during the warranty period, which includes over 4,000 households, while also enhancing after-sales service in the Thai real estate sector.
