          Created by the head chef of the restaurant, a diverse array of tartare dishes featuring the finest cuts of meat are prepared for this special culinary experience. Highlights include lamb tenderloin tartare, tender and mixed with olive oil, garlic, onions, olives, tomatoes, mint leaves, spicy harissa sauce, and hummus. There's also the beloved seafood tartare, Italian red mullet tartare, perfectly balanced with shallots, Italian basil, sun-dried tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, pine nuts, and parmesan cheese. Another standout is the tiger prawn and quinoa tartare, harmoniously combined with lemon juice, chives, cucumber, and salmon roe. Other menu highlights include the Mediterranean tuna tartare, featuring ingredients like sesame oil, ginger, soy sauce, and wasabi to enhance its flavors, making it a must-try.


          Canadian lobster tartare is elevated with lemon, cilantro, mint, soy sauce, onions, and peanuts. For health-conscious diners who prefer vegetarian options, there are dishes like fresh vegetable tartare, made with tomatoes, red onions, Italian basil, olive oil, and mozzarella cheese, or the refreshing watermelon tartare, among many others. These diverse tartare offerings start at just 270 baht per dish.
