The pilot project will be implemented at the UNIO project on Soi Charansanitwong 13, marking an innovative collaboration that enhances convenience for consumers and improves the quality of life for condominium residents. This initiative caters to the SMART C group, who seek comfort and speed in their living experience. Additionally, a 7-Eleven store will be opened at the UNIO Charan 3 project, located near the clubhouse between buildings G and H, to support residents in their shopping needs.
