Associate Professor Dr. Sira Korpaisarn, a specialist in Endocrinology and Metabolism, emphasizes that homes are the starting point for Preventive Health. Visits to doctors are brief, but we spend many hours at home, meaning good health begins not in hospitals but in our daily environments.
