AssetWise reinforces the concept of We Build Happiness through the social photography contest “The 2026 ASSETWISE PHOTO CONTEST FOR CHARITY”, which has been remarkably successful, in collaboration with the Photographic Society of Thailand under the Royal Patronage and the National Cancer Institute. The contest was held under two themes: “Happyscape: A Landscape of Happiness” and “A Joyful World”, with results announced and awards presented to winners from over 6,466 submitted photographs nationwide. This initiative opened up opportunities for both professional photographers and photography enthusiasts to express their perspectives on happiness through digital cameras, film cameras, and smartphones, reflecting the power of photography to create smiles, uplift spirits, and meaningfully connect people.

Mr. Kramchad Wiphanpong, Chief Executive Officer of AssetWise Public Company Limited, stated that this photography contest aims to create new perspectives of happiness for photographers and photography lovers to convey “happiness” and “the livability of the world” through diverse lenses, including the design concept of happiness from the surrounding environment, nature, and the perfect landscapes on this planet. This reflects AssetWise's philosophy that “happiness is designed for you” or “We Build Happiness,” which has received a positive response from participants nationwide. A total of 6,466 photographs were submitted across both themes, with a panel of expert judges invited to select the most outstanding entries.

The atmosphere during the announcement of results and the award ceremony was warm and filled with smiles from the judges, who came together to witness the moments of success and pride of the contestants, led by experts from the Photographic Society of Thailand under the Royal Patronage, including Mr. Tul Hiranyalawan, the president of the society, Mr. Napatch Rattanask, the vice president, and Mr. Wannapong Surarojprachak, the secretary of the society, along with Dr. Tharathorn Tungkasamit, head of the policy and strategy development group at the National Cancer Institute, and Mr. Kantapath Phutthathamkul, a content creator and photography influencer from the Golf May Visit page.

Also present were special judges from AssetWise Public Company Limited, including Ms. Panita Malaiwong, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Marupong Kijkasikorn, Vice President of Customer Relations, and Mr. Kantharish Bunyahirankul, Corporate Communications Manager. The judges praised the selected works for their creativity in depicting “happiness” in various forms, amidst an atmosphere of inspiration shared among all.

Mr. Suchart Kueatharn, the winner of the first prize for his work “The Last Light at the Horizon” in the theme “Happyscape: A Landscape of Happiness”, shared his photography concept, stating that he aimed to capture a brief moment of the last light at sunset, which is the most beautiful time in nature. The special perspective seen through his favorite digital camera lens is the light fading behind the mountains, gently illuminating the lotus petals. It is a moment that brings joy just by standing and watching, representing the simple happiness that nature provides us every day.

Meanwhile, Ms. Nidcha Chaikham won the first prize for her work “A Day of Rest, Waves of the Sea Bring Happiness” in the theme “A Joyful World”, revealing the inspiration behind this photograph as a moment spent with the gentle sound of waves lapping at the shore and the calming atmosphere of the sea. It symbolizes the rhythm of nature that soothes the mind, amidst the white sands and clear waters. For her, happiness is letting go of exhaustion and simply being present in the moment, which she wishes to share through this image for everyone to experience through the lens of a smartphone.

In addition to seeking quality photographic works, the project also has a significant goal of using the selected works to support the mission of the National Cancer Institute by displaying the photographs in buildings to create encouragement, happiness, and relaxation for patients and visitors, as well as to develop them into souvenirs for donors to the hospital. This project also aims to provide a platform for the younger generation who love photography to be part of spreading positive energy through the art of photography.

This reflects the role of AssetWise as a property developer that not only focuses on creating residences but also aims to create “the value of living” and “happiness” that can be shared with society at large, by promoting creative activities that inspire the community alongside developing residential projects that meet people's lifestyles, contributing to building a livable and sustainable society.
