Mr. Thaveepong Vichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, announced that the National Housing Authority is now accepting reservations from interested citizens for the 'Community Housing and Community Services Project, Prachanivet 3'. This project consists of four 8-story residential buildings with a total of 556 units, located on Samakkhi Road, Tha Sai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Nonthaburi Province. There are two sizes of units available: 25.5 square meters priced from 829,000 to 999,000 Baht, and 30 square meters priced from 1,230,000 to 1,570,000 Baht. The project is designed to align with urban lifestyles, emphasizing comfort and efficient use of space.

The 'Community Housing and Community Services Project, Prachanivet 3' boasts a prime location surrounded by comprehensive amenities, including leading shopping malls, government offices, markets, job opportunities, educational institutions, hospitals, and expressways.
