Led by Mr. Eaklakkit Chokthit, Chief Human Resources Officer, along with the Crocodile team and Mr. Sitthiporn Aramwit, Director of People & Digital Solutions at Syntec Construction Public Company Limited, they jointly inaugurated the practical training workshop for "Tiling Craftsmen" to upskill and enhance the capabilities of Thai labor to meet international construction standards under the SYNTEC Certified Construction Skill Standard (SCCS) project, taking place from March 25-26, 2026, at the training center of Syntec Construction Public Company Limited (Syntec Academy).

This training session included tilers and foremen from Syntec, along with JORAKAY EXPERT specialists from the JORAKAY Academy, who shared knowledge and demonstrated professional work practices in both theoretical and practical sessions. The focus was on enhancing in-depth skills, correct working techniques according to international standards, and understanding how to select products suitable for each type of work. "Quality products must be used correctly," based on the belief that good products can provide maximum benefits only when users have the right knowledge, understanding, and expertise. Crocodile is ready to collaborate with partners from all sectors to drive the standards of Thai construction to a sustainable international level.
