LPP Property Management Co., Ltd. has announced the success of the global environmental campaign '60+ Earth Hour 2026', showcasing the power of collaboration from over 270 projects managed by LPP. These projects achieved a record reduction in electricity usage and carbon footprint of 4,391.58 kgCO2e, equivalent to planting 419 trees. This reinforces the concept of 'LPP Invites You to Love the Earth', focusing on starting small to achieve significant and sustainable results.

Ms. Somsri Techakraisri, Managing Director of LPP, revealed that this year's 60+ Earth Hour marks an important step in LPP's ongoing campaign. The core of this initiative is not merely about turning off lights symbolically for one hour, but about raising 'awareness' among residents broadly, leveraging the cooperation of over 270 projects managed by LPP. This serves as a foundation and a small starting point for promoting energy-efficient practices in daily life, allowing residents to build upon and continuously apply these practices.

The 60+ Earth Hour 2026 event took place on Saturday, March 28, from 20:30 to 21:30. LPP gathered results from all participating projects to reflect strong collaboration, with over 76% of managed projects collectively changing their behaviors for the planet. The results this year are as follows:

• Total electricity consumption reduced by 7,544 kWh (an increase from last year).

• Savings on common electricity costs amounted to 31,309 baht.

• Carbon dioxide emissions reduced by 4,391.58 kgCO2e, equivalent to planting 419 trees.

'These results not only reflect the collective effort of residents but also show how LPP, as the project manager, has participated in planning systems in common areas to align with the activities, while maintaining the highest priority on security and comfort within the projects, ensuring that energy savings can coexist with normal living smoothly.' In addition to driving environmental initiatives, LPP is committed to 'elevating' services to meet all residents' needs. Recently, they launched the 'Master Service Brand UP', which will be a crucial support for seamless integration of all residential services, facilitating a comfortable lifestyle and improving quality of life under the concept of 'Smooth UP Your Living' for a smoother daily life.

'The concept of LPP Invites You to Love the Earth' continues to move forward, starting from small actions we can take in our daily lives. We aim to create a quality and sustainable living community because we believe that good management from ourselves is the foundation for building a livable society.' Ms. Somsri stated.
