AP Thailand aims to expand its portfolio of single houses, townhomes, duplexes, and condominiums across Thailand in 2026, totaling over 200 projects, including 42 new development projects valued at approximately 55,000 million baht, which is considered the highest value in the industry, reaffirming its position as the number 1 leader in the real estate business of the year, divided into:
- Single houses: 11 projects valued at 14,400 million baht.
- Townhomes and duplexes: 16 projects valued at 17,000 million baht.
- Condominiums: 7 projects valued at 15,600 million baht.
- Projects in provinces: 8 projects valued at 8,000 million baht.
Targeting sales of 49,000 million baht and total revenue of 100% JV at 49,000 million baht, with a land purchase budget of 15,000 million baht, an increase of 22%.
