ASW Partners with IHG to Expand Phuket Hotel Portfolio with the Upcoming Premium Boutique Hotel 'Hotel Indigo Phuket Nai Yang Beach'
Rompoh Property (TITLE), part of ASW, has joined forces with IHG Hotels & Resorts, a leading global hotel company, to develop a second hotel in Phuket, continuing the expansion of its Hospitality business. The new premium boutique hotel, 'Hotel Indigo Phuket Nai Yang Beach', is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Phuket Airport, offering an elevated vacation experience with approximately 170 rooms and excellent services, catering to travelers from around the world who wish to experience the charm of Phuket. The hotel is expected to open in 2030.

Ms. Panita Malaiwong, Deputy CEO of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW), stated that ASW and TITLE are moving forward with the expansion of their Hospitality business to create recurring income. They have signed a partnership agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts, a global hotel leader with a diverse range of brands catering to various customer segments, to develop and manage the new hotel, 'Hotel Indigo Phuket Nai Yang Beach'. This boutique hotel, part of IHG's Luxury & Lifestyle collection, is located on Nai Yang Beach in Phuket, aiming to provide an exclusive vacation experience for tourists wanting to immerse themselves in local culture, with an opening scheduled for 2030.
This collaboration in developing Hotel Indigo Phuket Nai Yang Beach marks a significant step in expanding TITLE's hotel portfolio and reinforces its strong partnership with the global IHG brand, following the previous voco Phuket Bangtao project. The company hopes that both hotels will be key pieces in connecting TITLE's ecosystem, expanding from being a developer of Leisure Residences to a brand deeply understanding Leisure Lifestyle, offering a unique and memorable travel experience in Phuket, which will enhance Phuket's potential as a World Destination sustainably.
