City Dynamic Co., Ltd., a joint venture between City Realty and Swire Properties, has officially appointed Rithaa as the main contractor for the ultra-luxury freehold residential projects located on Wireless Road. This appointment marks a significant step forward in the construction of the structural works for the Upper House Residences Bangkok and The Wireless Residences by Upper House.

Rithaa will be responsible for the construction of both projects, which stand at heights of 213.6 meters and 283.2 meters, respectively. Construction is currently progressing on schedule, with the first phase expected to be completed in 2029. This project aims to set a new standard for living experiences in Bangkok.

City Dynamic and Rithaa have also signed a Joint Safety Charter to reinforce their commitment to the Zero Harm philosophy, focusing on the highest standards of safety, health, and well-being in all processes to create a work culture that cares for workers, partners, and the surrounding community.
