IHC, part of Pruksa Holding, reveals positive signals in the rental housing market as the "iPlern Lam Luk Ka Klong 4" project successfully leases all 3 buildings at 100%, reflecting strong demand for quality rentals in the Rangsit–Lam Luk Ka area. The company is also moving forward with the launch of a new project, "iPlern Rangsit Klong 2," to enhance its recurring income portfolio in the long term.

Mr. Piya Prayong, CEO of Inno Home Construction Co., Ltd. (IHC), stated that the rental housing market in the Rangsit–Lam Luk Ka area continues to grow. Recently, iPlern, a rental housing business under Inno Home Construction, part of Pruksa Holding, successfully launched the "iPlern Lam Luk Ka Klong 4" project, achieving 100% lease occupancy for the first 3 buildings in a short time, showcasing the potential of the location and the demand for quality rental housing in the mid to mass market.

The success of this project reflects key supporting factors, including the growth of residential areas and employment in the Rangsit–Lam Luk Ka zone, the development of transportation infrastructure, and consumer behavior that prioritizes value, quality, and safety over long-term home ownership.

“Achieving 100% lease occupancy for the iPlern Lam Luk Ka Klong 4 project is a positive signal for the rental housing market, especially in locations with potential, convenient transportation, and proximity to job opportunities. This success stems from leveraging IHC and Pruksa's expertise in construction, design, and building management to develop projects that meet real living needs and can generate stable recurring income in the long term,” said Mr. Piya.

Due to the positive response, the company is preparing to launch a new project, "iPlern Rangsit Klong 2," to meet the growing demand. This new project will be a modern apartment complex located in the prime Rangsit area, close to community hubs and fully equipped with amenities, featuring modern design, new rooms, a pleasant atmosphere, security systems, and CCTV, connecting to multiple transportation routes to accommodate tenants working and living in the northern Bangkok area.

The iPlern Rangsit Klong 2 project is scheduled to open for bookings in February, with starting rental prices around 3,300 baht per month to attract new-generation tenants and quality workforce in the area, aligning with the rental housing market trend that emphasizes value alongside quality and safety standards.

As for the business direction, iPlern will continue to systematically expand its rental housing portfolio to strengthen recurring income and elevate the standard of rental buildings in Thailand to meet the lifestyle needs of modern living, under Pruksa Holding's vision of developing projects that create sustainable quality of life, reflecting the concept of "Lifetime Well-Living" aimed at enhancing the living quality of people across all ages. This concept is being applied to the rental housing business to create a "good living" experience for tenants every day, in line with IHC's business expansion direction focused on developing real estate projects that create both economic value and sustainable quality of life.
