The massive flooding in southern Thailand at the end of 2023 caused severe damage to lives, property, homes, and buildings, significantly impacting the morale and livelihoods of many Thais. In response to this disaster, Crocodile Corporation Co., Ltd., a Thai construction materials company that has grown alongside Thai society for over three decades, along with K-Sera Co., Ltd., immediately launched a comprehensive social assistance mission. This began with prioritizing the welfare of its own employees by providing financial aid to all employees and their families affected by the floods in the south, enabling them to return to normal life as quickly as possible. Additionally, the company offered special discounts to partner stores impacted by the flooding from the time of the disaster until the end of January 2024 to help improve liquidity and accelerate recovery. They also sent teams to assess damage and provided new shelving and store decoration equipment to support these businesses in reopening swiftly.

Furthermore, Crocodile Corporation, in collaboration with K-Sera, delivered aid to flood victims through key agencies and networks in the area, including the Thai Red Cross, the Southern Architect Commission, partnership groups in Songkhla province, and the Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labor. They donated money and essential items for restoring quality of life and housing, along with construction products such as grout, cement adhesive, as well as anti-fungal and algae removal products like Crocodile Biosidal Wash and equipment to repair and restore damaged homes and buildings to ensure they are safe and durable. The total support for the flood relief mission in southern Thailand amounted to over 3 million baht.
