MQDC, Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited, has announced a 3-year business plan aimed at pushing forward ongoing projects to completion, accelerating revenue recognition from sales and property transfers, and increasing income from leveraging expertise in large-scale project development into city development projects both domestically and internationally. The company emphasizes its strengths in sustainability, biodiversity, and longevity living to enhance the quality of life for all generations.

Mr. Visith Malaisirirat, Co-Chairman and Co-CEO of MQDC, stated:

“In the next three years, we will focus on concrete business policies to increase revenue through the completion of projects as planned.”

Various projects are supported by project finance from financial institutions, such as residential projects within The Forestias, which is backed by Siam Commercial Bank, and the Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit project, which is currently under construction. Additionally, the Cloud 11 project, a new hub for the creative industry, has received financing from Bangkok Bank, with the company expecting to recognize revenue from completed projects by 2026.

Ongoing Projects Set to Advance in 2026

For projects that have already launched and received positive feedback from both domestic and international customers, such as the Wisdom Craft Samyan project, which is financially supported by TISCO Bank, development will continue in 2026.

Expanding Revenue through Consulting and City Development

Additionally, the company plans to increase revenue by taking on consulting projects, leveraging its expertise in large-scale project development and city development both domestically and internationally. Currently, projects are underway with a focus on sustainability, biodiversity, and longevity living.

Enhancing Longevity Living through Health Research

The company also prioritizes the development of longevity living, successfully implementing residential projects for the elderly and establishing clinics specializing in brain health. It aims to adapt health research and innovations from abroad to fit the context of Thai society, while enhancing both lifespan and healthspan.

With experience from working with Baycrest, a global leader in elderly care and brain health innovation with over 105 years of experience from Canada, the company is creating residences along with a Health & Brain Center, geriatric clinics, physical therapy centers, and long-term care services for the elderly in the Aspen Tree project. This knowledge and experience will be further developed to promote longevity starting from all ages.

Supplementing Regular Income from Hotel and Rental Businesses

In terms of developing hotel, serviced apartment, and rental businesses, these are also mechanisms for generating recurring income. The company continues to manage assets and provide services at a high standard to meet the diverse needs of its customer base.

Mr. Visith concluded:

“With this business plan continuing the development of real estate, which remains our core business, along with providing consulting services for city development and large-scale projects, MQDC is confident that our operational plans will achieve the set goals, considering the economic and social conditions in the next 1-3 years, which will build trust among customers and investors who have always placed their confidence in us.”
