LPP Expands Building Management Portfolio to Community Malls, Secures 11 Projects Under ALLY Reit's Management
LPP has secured the management of 11 community mall projects, reinforcing its capability in managing commercial buildings. ALLY Reit, a trust fund for real estate investment and management, has entrusted LPP with comprehensive building management services, covering engineering systems, building systems, and utilities of the projects.
Mr. Surawut Sukjareonsin, CEO of LPP Property Management Co., Ltd. or LPP, revealed that the company has gained the trust of ALLY Reit, an investor and operator in the community mall and mixed-use project sector, through a trust fund investment approach. LPP has been appointed to provide Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services, along with its subsidiary, LSS Solutions Co., Ltd., which offers security services with trained personnel and technology systems, supported by an Emergency Operation Center (EOC) and IoT technology that coordinates operations in critical risk areas requiring 24/7 monitoring.
The Integrated Facility Management (IFM) encompasses three key systems: Building Engineering Services, Building Systems covering Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing, and utilities, ensuring comfort for building users, tenants, and customers of the shopping centers. The projects under ALY Reit's investment that LPP has been entrusted to manage include 11 well-known community malls and office buildings, which are:
1. The Crystal Ekamai-Ramintra (TC)
2. Plenary Mall Watcharaphon (PLN)
3. The Scene Town in Town (TS)
4. Samakorn Place Ratchaphruek (SRP)
5. Amorini Ramintra (AMR)
6. Ampak Chula (IMP)
7. Samakorn Place Ramkhamhaeng (SRM)
8. Happy Avenue Don Mueang (HPA)
9. The Crystal Ratchaphruek (TCR)
10. K.E. 111 Co., Ltd. office building available for lease
11. Community mall project by Village Pracha Uthit Co., Ltd. (VLPU)

Mr. Surawut further stated that the Integrated Facility Management contract between Ally Reit and LPP has a duration of 31 months, with a total value exceeding 30 million baht, set to conclude in December 2027. It covers three essential systems: Building Engineering Services, Building Systems including Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing, and utilities, ensuring convenience for building users, tenants, and shopping center customers. LPP aims for all managed buildings to be safe, with stable systems that provide long-term value.
