Singha Estate Advances Green Collaboration Strategy with Tenants Towards Carbon Neutrality Driving the 'Go Green Together, Change Tomorrow' Project
Singha Estate Public Company Limited (SET:S), a developer and investor in international real estate covering residential properties, commercial real estate, hotels, as well as industrial estates and infrastructure, reaffirms its commitment to sustainability by advancing the project 'Go Green Together, Change Tomorrow' along with the 'Green Synergy, Green Tenant of The Year 2025 Award' campaign, collaborating with tenants in Singha Estate's office buildings and presenting certificates to tenants participating in the campaign to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and continuously move towards the goal of Carbon Neutrality by 2030.

Oranee Poongkwan, Chief Executive Officer of Retail Business Development and Commerce at Singha Estate Public Company Limited stated, “As a developer and manager of office buildings, Singha Estate recognizes the importance of reducing carbon emissions and conducting business sustainably. Therefore, we have promoted this concept through the 'Go Green Together, Change Tomorrow' project alongside the 'Green Synergy, Green Tenant of The Year 2025 Award' campaign to foster collaboration with tenants in Singha Estate's office buildings to actively participate in driving tangible environmental change, aiming for all sectors to share a common goal of reducing carbon and creating a good and sustainable working environment in the long term.”
The 'Go Green Together, Change Tomorrow' project has been underway since 2019, aiming to promote the participation of stakeholders across all sectors, including employees, tenants, vendors, and business partners, under the ESG concept to jointly drive the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and foster sustainable growth. Additionally, the project emphasizes efficient resource management, such as energy conservation, transitioning to LED lighting, and systematic waste management. In 2024, the project will expand collaboration with both public and private partners to enhance energy efficiency in buildings, with the goal of achieving Carbon Neutrality by 2030.
On this occasion, Singha Estate presented certificates to tenants participating in the project from four locations: S-OASIS, SINGHA COMPLEX, SUNTOWERS, and S-METRO under the 'Go Green Together, Change Tomorrow' initiative, based on their performance in reducing greenhouse gas emissions, efficient energy use, sustainable waste management, and developing a work environment conducive to employee well-being. Notably, every ton of carbon emissions reduced will be compensated by planting ten trees at Singha Park in Chiang Rai to create positive outcomes for the organization, building users, and the environment in the long term.

The presentation of certificates this time serves as recognition of the collaboration and commitment of tenants who are part of the drive towards the Carbon Neutrality goal by 2030, while also inspiring further collaboration on sustainability in the future. Singha Estate remains committed to pursuing its sustainability mission and growing alongside partners in all sectors continuously.
