Seacon Reports Continued Growth in Home Construction Business for 2026 Despite Cost Fluctuations, Emphasizing 4 Key Strategies to Boost Sales of 'Your Home Series - Planting House Series - SEACON ID' While Expanding Services to EEC in Line with Government Infrastructure Investments
Seacon, a leader in Thailand's home construction market, has announced its business direction for the year 2026, focusing on expanding its customer base, enhancing construction efficiency, elevating design quality, and penetrating new economic markets in the EEC region in line with government infrastructure investment plans. The company also revealed that home booking requests continue to flow in, preparing to launch the campaign “EVERYONE CAN SELL” to help Thai people generate income by referring customers to build homes with Seacon.
Mr. Manu Trakulwatanakij, Managing Director of Seacon Co., Ltd., stated that 2026 will be a year where the home construction business must carefully manage fluctuations. However, it is also a year of opportunity due to economic recovery, government investments, and the ongoing demand for quality homes. Therefore, Seacon is advancing in innovation, infrastructure, design, and construction standards to meet the evolving needs of modern consumers.

“Looking at the cost structure, although the construction market still faces pressure from price adjustments in certain materials, as well as increased labor costs due to the minimum wage hike to 400 baht in mid-2025 and relatively high skilled labor wages in major urban areas, operators with efficient cost management systems can maintain their competitive edge. This is especially true for those developing construction technology and prefabricated systems, which is one of Seacon's advantages as it uses a precast structure factory to consistently ensure quality standards,” Mr. Manu added.

For Seacon's performance in 2025, popular home designs like “Your Home Series 1 & 2” continued to grow, with a total of 122 bookings valued at 408,212,000 baht. There has also been interest from potential markets in provinces such as Chonburi, Lopburi, Kanchanaburi, Saraburi, Khao Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima, and Suphanburi, reflecting the expanding demand for quality homes in the surrounding provinces of Bangkok. Meanwhile, the “Planting House Series,” which started selling last September, has also received positive feedback, currently seeing bookings in several provinces including Chonburi, Chainat, Samut Sakhon, and Nonthaburi.
Due to the positive response, Seacon is fully entering the EEC market starting from August 2025 through online services and redesigns tailored to the lifestyles of residents in special economic zones. Mr. Manu further stated that the EEC is an area well-equipped with infrastructure and potential to attract national investment. Seacon aims to bring quality-controlled construction services and comprehensive support to enhance the living standards and construction quality in the eastern region in the long term.
Additionally, the special design homes under the SEACON ID brand remain another important market contributing to the organization's revenue. SEACON ID will focus on custom-built homes priced around 20-40 million baht or an average of 30,000 baht per square meter, with continuous inquiries from customers seeking premium homes. Seacon is also advancing its sustainability policy through the Green Construction concept, emphasizing the use of materials that minimize environmental impact, energy-efficient home designs, reducing waste on construction sites with precast systems, and promoting the optimal use of resources. This direction aligns with current consumer trends seeking homes that prioritize health, energy efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
Seacon is also launching a new marketing initiative through the SEACON Affiliate “Everyone Can Sell” campaign, designed to allow people from various professions to earn extra income by referring customers to book home construction with the company, offering compensation of up to 5,000 baht per million (conditions apply as specified by the company), along with a tracking system via Line Official developed for easier use, facilitating effective communication for participants.
From Seacon's perspective, the trend in the home construction business over the next 1-2 years remains strong due to the demand for quality homes from various consumer groups, including working-age individuals, families needing more living space, and SMEs seeking homes that double as offices, as well as clients prioritizing energy-efficient designs and environmental impact reduction, all of which align with global trends. Mr. Manu concluded that the direction of consumers is moving towards an era where homes must meet functional, quality of life, and sustainability needs. Seacon is ready to set new standards for the Thai home construction business with reliable construction innovations and services to support the growing market in the future.
