Britania Public Company Limited (BRI), a developer of horizontal residential projects, is preparing to offer its first bond issuance of 2025, which includes named bonds that are both subordinated and unsubordinated, with and without guarantees, and with a bondholder representative, to institutional investors and the general public (Public Offering: PO), with interest paid every three months as follows:

- Series 1: 1 year and 6 months maturity with an interest rate of 5.80% per annum (unsecured)

- Series 2: 2 years and 6 months maturity with an interest rate of 5.95% per annum (unsecured)

- Series 3: 2 years and 6 months maturity with an interest rate of 5.75% per annum (secured with a Call Option)

The offering will take place from November 11 to 13, 2025, with a bond and company credit rating of "BBB" with a Negative outlook, as rated by Tris Rating Co., Ltd. on October 7, 2025.

Additionally, Britania is actively entering new markets and businesses to expand its CRAFTED EXPANSION services, enhancing comprehensive after-sales services with health and lifestyle consulting, pet care services, interior design and landscaping services, home construction and renovation services, as well as various services that support future living.
