Tri Vananada is a wellness community in Phuket designed for multi-generational living. It shared insights following the Dragonfly Summit 2025 by presenting concepts of harmony, regeneration, and quality longevity that can be applied in daily life, conveyed through discussions and practical experiences such as the Harmony Bee Maze and Longevity Method, which connect clear approaches with actionable steps everyone can implement immediately.

“We will only see real progress when these principles are applied in daily life,” said Mr. Kittisak Patamasavee, Executive Chairman of Montara Hospitality Group. “At Tri Vananada, harmony is what we integrate into our space; it is about caring for the land we use and developing the community we nurture. As trust increases, the outcomes will flourish, making the ideas of longevity and regeneration practical in everyday life. Meanwhile, our collaboration with Clinique La Prairie to open a Health Resort at Tri Vananda in 2026 will bring over a century of expertise in preventive medicine and longevity, merging it with our harmony-driven lifestyle. The goal is to make living well a tangible reality based on trust, community, and nature.”

Tri Vananda spans 230 acres in Phuket, with over 85 percent reserved as forest and lakes, featuring biophilic design that emphasizes openness, natural light, and good ventilation. It also connects local farm produce with wellness and aims to become carbon negative within 30 years, based on the simple principle that when trust is present, outcomes will flourish—from ourselves to the community and back to nature.

“Longevity is not just about adding years to life but also about making those years quality-filled with vitality, balance, and harmony at every stage. At Clinique La Prairie, we bring advanced diagnostics and regenerative medicine to design personalized care plans grounded in compassion, trust, and connection with our guests. We are thrilled to open the first Health Resort in Southeast Asia in partnership with Tri Vananda to deliver sustainable and measurable wellness in a thoughtfully designed environment,” added Carole Martin Rogès, Chief Marketing Officer of Clinique La Prairie.

The Longevity Method™ from Clinique La Prairie is a five-step continuous process that transforms science into preventive health care in daily life, starting with in-depth analysis to anticipate risks, creating detailed personalized care plans, and implementing treatments across four pillars: medicine, nutrition, movement, and wellness, followed by continuous measurement to maintain progress.

The core of the approach is the Longevity Master Assessment, which covers over 300 health indicators, providing a 360-degree overview of wellness and age-related decline to design personalized preventive care plans with a clear goal: to extend healthy lifespan and enhance quality of life, ensuring vitality, balance, and harmony at every age.

Tri Vananda offers a holistic lifestyle in a nature-conscious environment, featuring two types of villas for multi-generational living, such as Vana Villa, inspired by Thai forests, and Nanda Villa, designed with climate principles to reduce energy use, utilizing low-carbon materials, with living spaces ranging from 325 to 780 square meters. Each villa includes relaxation areas, private pools, outdoor spaces with carbon credit-certified trees, and fully equipped kitchens, accommodating both long-term and short-term living.

During the Dragonfly Summit, guests could walk through eight hexagonal rooms in the Harmony Bee Maze activity, which combined art, games, and short challenges to reflect individual strengths, leadership styles, and unique Trust Frequencies. The event concluded with herbal drinks crafted according to each leadership style at Jampa Bar, allowing guests to experience how trust, community, and nature can be integrated into daily life.

The conversation does not end here; Tri Vananda is also preparing to release detailed insight documents after the event to share lessons on trust, regeneration, and longevity learned from leaders and guests.
