Supalai Public Company Limited has once again achieved success with the issuance and sale of two new bond series totaling 2 billion baht, following the issuance of 4.5 billion baht in bonds last August. The strong interest from institutional investors reaffirms confidence in the company's potential and financial status.

Mr. Traitecha Tangmittatham, Managing Director of Supalai Public Company Limited, stated that the fundraising through this bond issuance aligns with the company's financial management plan, which focuses on sustainable financial cost management and status through diversified funding sources. This reinforces Supalai's potential as one of the real estate companies with consistently low financial costs in the industry. The company is also committed to continuously developing new projects to meet the housing demand in high-potential locations. The bonds received positive feedback from institutional investors once again, as the bookbuilding survey indicated that the demand from institutional investors was more than double the initial offering target. With attractive financial costs, the company decided to increase the offering value from the original target of 1.5 billion baht to 2 billion baht, closing the offering with financial costs for the 2-year and 3-year terms at 1.72% and 1.85% per annum, respectively. Both bond series are registered bonds, non-subordinated, unsecured, and without a bondholder representative, with Kiatnakin Phatra Securities Public Company Limited serving as the bond distribution manager, successfully selling the bonds once again.

The company would like to thank all investors for their trust in its bonds, as it is committed to stable growth to create quality housing that meets the needs of Thai society at all times.
