PropertyGuru Group, a leading real estate technology company in Southeast Asia, hosted the grand announcement of Thailand's premier real estate awards, the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards, marking its 20th year at the Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok. This year, over 40 award categories were presented to recognize the best in the Thai real estate industry.

Additionally, with the People’s Choice Awards, it is not just the judges who decide, but we also allow the public to participate in recognizing the best developers in the country. This year's Best Developer award went to Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, the force behind the One Bangkok project, which also won the prestigious Best Green Residences award for The Grand Riverfront Ratchaphruek - Rama 5 project.

For outstanding developers outside Bangkok, Tropical Life Real Estate Co., Ltd. won the Best Developer (Samui) award this year. The project Natee/Tawi secured the Best Oceanview Housing/Villa Development (Samui) award, while Suntree By Tropical Life Residence received the Best Residential Development (Samui) award. The Best Developer (Hua Hin) award went to PNP Real Estate Co., Ltd. for the La Felice Exclusive Villa Hua Hin project, and The Riviera Group successfully won the Best Developer (Eastern Seaboard) award.

Pruksa won 4 awards, with Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited taking home the Best Waterfront Condo Development award for Chapter Charoenkrung - Riverside, the Best Luxury Housing Architectural Design (Bangkok) for The Reserve Villa Sukhumvit 89/1, and the People’s Choice Awards along with the Best Wellness Developer award by Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited.

Real Asset Development Co., Ltd. won 2 awards, including Best Condo Development (Thailand) and Best Luxury Lifestyle Condo Development (Bangkok) for the STK Thonglor project.

The project Sank Royal The 18 Bangna Km. 7 by Asset Five Group Public Company Limited won 2 awards: Best Housing Development (Thailand) and Best Ultra Luxury Housing Development (Bangkok). The project D Space 3 by A35 Estate Corporation Co., Ltd. won the Best Ultra Luxury Housing/Villa Development (Eastern Seaboard) award, while the project Scope Thonglor by Scope Co., Ltd. won the Best Ultra Luxury Condo Interior Design (Bangkok) and the Best Ultra Luxury Oceanview Villa Architectural Design (Phuket) awards, which went to The Element by Triya Co., Ltd. for the Triya Phanwa project.

Additionally, Land and Houses Public Company Limited won awards for luxury homes, including Best Ultra Luxury Housing Architectural Design (Bangkok) for the Nandawan Pool Villa Rama 9 - Krungthep Kreetha New Cut project, as well as various other awards such as Best Luxury Lifestyle Housing Architectural Design (Bangkok) for the Vive New Krungthep Kreetha New Cut project, Best Luxury Housing Architectural Design (Phuket) for the Vive Phuket project, and the People’s Choice Awards.

AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited received a total of 4 awards, starting with Best Luxury Lifestyle Housing Development (Bangkok) for The Palazzo Pinklao-Bromratchachonnani project, The City Ratchaphruek – Prannok with Best Housing Architectural Design (Bangkok), the Bireon Kaset-Nawamin project with Best Luxury Housing Interior Design (Bangkok), and Best Housing Landscape Design (Bangkok) for the Centro Sathorn-Suksawat project.

For the surrounding areas, Rainwood Group won the Best Luxury Mega Township Development award for the Rainwood Park project. In the realm of innovative retail projects, Hatch Dome - Asiatique The Riverfront Destination by Asset World Corporation Public Company Limited won the Best Landmark Retail Architectural Design award, and the Parade at One Bangkok project by Lead8 received the Best Retail Architectural Design award.

Origin Vertical Corporation Limited won 2 awards, including Best Connectivity Condo Development (Bangkok) for the Nightbridge Space Sukhumvit-Rama 4 project and Best Pet Friendly Condo Development (Bangkok) for the Origin Plug and Play E 22 Station project. Meanwhile, L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited won the Best High End Housing Development (Bangkok) award for the Baan 365 Sukhumvit 77 project.

Britania Public Company Limited, the owner of the Belgravia Exclusive Ratchaphruek-Rama 5 project, received the Best Lifestyle Housing Development award and the Best Waterfront Housing/Villa Development award for the Chan The Riverside Borommaratchachonnani project by Asset Wise Public Company Limited, which added diversity to the awarded projects in the Bangkok area.

In the South, Sansiri Public Company Limited won the Best Luxury Condo Development (Phuket) and Best Luxury Condo Architectural Design (Phuket) awards for the Canvas Cherng Talay project. The Best Luxury Housing/Villa Development (Phuket) award went to AAG Development Co., Ltd. for the Natural Phuket Luxury Pool Villa project. Central Pattana Public Company Limited received the Best Condo Development (Krabi) award for the Feel Krabi project and the Best Condo Architectural Design (Phuket) award for the Feel Phuket 2 project. In the North, Thira Asset Co., Ltd. won the Best Housing Development (Chiang Mai) award for the Thira Thamm Wungtang project.

This year's individual real estate awards include Ms. Kamala Sukosol, Chairwoman of the Sukosol Group and Hotels, who received the Life Achievement Award, reflecting her legendary success in the Thai hospitality industry and responsible tourism efforts with the Sukosol Group. Mr. Chadathip Jootrakul, CEO of Siam Piwat Group, received the Real Estate Personality of the Year award for his transformative work in the retail business, such as Icon Siam and Siam Paragon. Mr. Supachok Panjathanasak, CEO of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited received the Rising Star award for being a leader who creatively develops new forms of real estate and meets the needs of consumers wanting to build their own homes.

In addition to the competitive awards, the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards also provided an opportunity for consumers to participate in recognizing the leading property developers in the country through the People’s Choice Awards, which honors the top 10 developers based on consumer votes.
