Three leading real estate associations in Thailand, namely the Thai Condominium Association, the Thai Real Estate Association, and the Housing Business Association, are joining forces to organize the 48th Housing and Condo Expo on over 60,000 square meters of space during the final stretch of 2023. Over 1,500 companies and more than 1,000 projects from across the country are expected to participate, aiming to create significant momentum to stimulate housing purchases at the end of the year and support the Thai real estate market as it moves into 2024 with renewed confidence.

The booth lottery ceremony marked the start of an exciting event, with record-breaking booth reservations filling the venue to capacity.
